No, not meaningfully. An air purifier only moves air through a filter with a small fan; it has no heating or cooling element. It may add a faint warmth from the motor or a slight breeze that feels cooler on your skin, but it does not change a room’s actual temperature.

Why doesn't an air purifier change room temperature?

Does an energy efficient purifier run any warmer?
